What is the position regarding a person who has written permission from land owners to hunt the lands which are held by any other game club.

once you have permission your good to go regardless of gun club, though you may get grief from club members, why not try and join club, save any hassle or confrontations

If the landowner owns the sporting rights you and the club members are in the same position. You can both hunt the land by permission of the owner of the sporting rights. The owner is perfectly entitled to grant or deny permission to anybody. It's not up to the club to decide who has access if they don't hold the sporting rights.
