    Yes it's fine but I'd try and squeeze an ssd in there. The crucial mx100 120gb is good value.

    You could save a little money on the motherboard if you need it. The Asrock B85 pro4 is good value and feature full. There is an matx version as well.

    I'd go for the Corsair CX500 over that PSU as well. Better quality, same price.

    That PC would only use about 250-300w tops.

    Cpu is only about 80w. GPU about 160w. Rest of the system 50w max.

    That's at 100% load which will be rare.
