I fully own a small non trading company that has two rental properties.. Does anyone know the tax implications of liquidating the company and transferring the properties myself.

Are the properties stock in trade or investment properties?

There are numerous taxes that could apply - Corporation Tax, Capital Gains Tax, Value Added Tax, relevant Contracts Tax.

Get professional advice specific to you circumstances.

You'll have to give more information regarding properties were bought for, what they are worth now, net worth of company as previous poster said there are a lot of variables involved
