Sorry if this is in the wrong place but I was trying to establish the water usage for my dishwasher. It says in the manual that it has a minimum flow rate of 10 litres per minute, now the cycle lasts approx 140 mins, surely it does not use 1400 litres per cycle!, I read somewhere that 20 litres per cycle would be about…

Sorry if this is in the wrong place but I was trying to establish the water usage for my dishwasher. It fills for a wash, approx 15ltrs, it then fills for a rinse, approx 15ltrs, 30ltrs total approx depending on model.

minimum flow rate are required for operation of inlet water solenoid and other functional parts.
