    Hi,

I have started a new company recently. In addition to this, my car tax is out of date by about 6 months. I have 2 questions.

1: Can I sell my car (which is about 14 years old) to my new business and get it taxed again without having to pay arrears?

I have read the revenue guide on Benefit in Kind and I would be interested in car pooling it. According to their guide, all I need to do is make it available so that everybody in the business can drive the car (and that it is not overused by one person in particular) and that the car is parked outside the business.

2: If I was to do this would I avoid any BIK?

Many thanks for any help/advice on this.

    Kind regards,

    Paulino
