    Looking to get a stira installed in attic. Can any recommend places to buy and fitter to install?

    Telfords Portlaoise should have them. I got mine for around 99 I think but installed it myself

    Supplied and fitted about 130 in carlow is what I would charge. Telford would have a name of a fitter for you

    100€ (approx) for the ladder so you are installing for €30 ? Surely not :eek:

    It costs about 80ish 90 tops for the ladder. Only takes a little over the hour to fit and clean up after it that's what I have been charging here at home. I am happy with the price.

    Got one fitted recently €90 for the hatch/ladder +€50 for fitting and ancillary materials such as architrave and timber trimmers etc

    Fair play to ya, not ripping off the punter. I still think that €150 would be a very good price considering the work and material cost ( architrave ). I'm sure you've come across those that have taken in excess of 1hr from start to finish.

    Ah yeah I try keep the prices down I am pretty busy at the moment so it's all good. Yeah the odd job takes abit longer than an hour as you know yourself each job has its easy bits and at times pigs of jobs
