    Hi,
I am looking into getting a cost effective way of heating a small office (5x3m)

I have heard arguments against storage heaters and electric convective heaters.

    Is there any golden bullet?

Perhaps an air to air heat pump would be good. It would also cool the place down in warmer weather.
