Is this feasible?

We bought a house during the summer. It has horse facilities but we aren't into horses. We have thought about renting out the stables.
    Any advice about the following:
Is there somewhere in particular to advertise this?
We have no experience in horses and would want no responsibility in looking after the horse -would this be normal?
We wouldn't be providing bedding or fodder -again is this standard?
Would owners generally have their own insurance?
What kind of problems would you anticipate?

It would be normal enough, as long as you make it very clear that it's the facilities you are renting, and therefore is not a stable yard. Just make sure the facilities are secure and maintained before renting.
As for advertising, Done Deal and most Equine websites and/or magazines as well as any property sites will do.
In terms of insurance, it wouldn't be any harm in having public liability, just in case. You will technically become a landlord so I would look into the laws and rules regarding renting a property. As you are renting too, you are still responsible for the buildings and making sure there's nothing unsafe in them. If something happens to them, it's up to you to fix, as with any landlord.
I would advise finding someone who knows about horses to have a quick look through it to see if there's anything that needs work :)

In short, to answer your initial question, yes it's feasible.

you could find a yard manager to run it. How many stables is it, could be more hassle than its worth?

also is there seperate access to it or is it up your driveway. you;d have to anticipate people driving and parking and bringing horseboxes etc. Is the house a good distance away so it wouldn't be an annoyance?
