    Hi Guys,

We are looking to buy a house in Parc Na Silla Rise, Loughlinstown, Dublin 18. This area is a very small residential area with few houses and its next to St. Columcilles Hospital. I would like to get an opinion about the neighbourhood and how is it in general to live in with a small kid.
    Any help is appreciated.

    Thanks
    Akhil

    Hey,
Did you eventually buy here or did you see any reason not to buy

Its a nice area, can be a pain to get out of at peak times at the roundabout. But being separated from basically everything else means its a pretty quiet estate.
Bit isolated in terms of shops/amenity's, the closest shop is a Texaco which is 10-15 minutes walk away.
