    Just looking for a budget smartphone, anybody have experience of the Alcatel Idol Mini?

    Wouldn't advise you get it. Has decent performance for a few weeks but after that becomes almost unusable. Slow responsiveness, force closes, etc. You'd be better off going for a Moto E if you're on a budget.

    Found that the same with my one. Theres a cheap 65 euro 5 inch quad core phone going in bargain alerts forum. Looks like a very good phone for the price and got decent reviews.
