If you are after a solid set of wheels its hard to beat these. Open pro rims on new series 105 hubs. 179 euro + p&p. Get tyres and a cassette there while you are at it.

I am looking at getting a Fulcrum wheelset (my rear hub needs replacing on existing bog standard wheel which weighs in at 1200g). Limited budget so thinking of Racing 7/Racing5/Quattro. I have an entry level 3 x 8 speed shimano bike which didnt cost much more than the quattro's do. I do a 70-80km trip every weekend and the odd short sportive. Question is, other than looking better, is there any real advantage to the quattro's, which have a deeper aero rim, for the likes of me anyway? I am not ever going to race, just want something that is reliable and if it makes climbing a fraction easier then great.
    7's cost 141, 5's cost 211 and Quatto cost 267.
