Cost of treating / replacing fascia & soffits in 3 bed semi

My daughter is buying her first house and I had a survey carried out. A key issue was the wiring. To quote from the report:

"We recommend all fascia and soffit timbers be sanded down, preservative treated, and re-painted or in the alternative replaced with contemporary plastic materials and incorporating suitable soffit ventilators to ventilate the roof void spaces."

The house is late 1950's and is located in Santry. It's a bog standard 3 bed semi - around 80 sq m.

Any idea how much I should expect to pay for treating fascia & soffits or replacing them with PVC?

Any advice would be much appreciated.

    Many thanks
    Roy
