    Hello,
    I see some jobs at some food stores (for store assistants) requiring dealing with HACCP and health and safety. I never worked at a food store and want to know, are employees trained inside the store for HACCP AFTER they get hired? or is there a course FETAC5 or something that a person can do before applying for such jobs?
