Snag List/Structural survey

    hi, moving into a new build soon

    Just wondering do I need a Snagger and also a Structural Engineer to check out the house before i move in or is a snag list usually enough?

    We are having our snag done by an engineer - my theory being I want to be covered if the house is going to fall down. I'm also getting the drains inspected separately

    We're getting a structural engineer to do our snag. A lot of the snag is to do with vent placing, insulating water tank and all those boring regulation things that they know about
