I recently completed a course on futurelearn.com. It was a people management course done over 9 weeks.

I am doing my best to up skill for work so wondering how employers would view these courses. Would they take any notice or put any stock in them? Financial & personal circumstances mean that landing out money to do a night course would not be possible on a number of levels.

Essentially would like opinions as to whether or not I am wasting my time doing them. I don't see any downside really.
