Hi. I'm currently working on contract as a case manager in citi bank and not sure anyone would be willing to discuss salary but since its anonymous thought I would try. Someone has told me that if I were to be made permanent then my salary would decrease as I'm employed through a recruitment agency and they negotiate the wage. I don't know if this would definitely be the case with me as I didn't have experience beforehand and might be on a lower salary than some of the other contract staff. I was wondering if anyone could tell me roughly what a permanent case manager in Citi Bank earns? thanks
