Please note not looking for medication advice more advice on the instructions by manufacturers. I forgot to take my antidepressant this morning. It's cymbalta 120mg. I've had a headache past hour or so and a few brain zaps but very mild. I normally take them about 9am or 10am. I've looked up the literature in the pack and says to take as soon as you remember but to skip if it's nearer your next dose. I'm in the middle of those times so don't know what to do.

lets suppose you take one tablet once a day at 9.30 am. Lets suppose the manufacturers instructions say
"if you forget take your tablet as soon as you remember but if it is nearer your next dose than the one you forgot, sick the missed dose and take the next dose at the usual time"

I would take this to mean that if it is more than 12 hours since you forgot then you should skip the missed tablet and take the next one a 9.30 the following day. 12 hours from 9.30 am is 21.30 ( 9.30 pm)

    This is not medical advice
