Recovered Public Services Card

Hello, I recently lost my public services card and reported it lost. I have now found it and am wondering if it is still possible to sign on or collect payment with this card? I'm asking because they are to send me a new card and it has not arrived after nearly three weeks.

    Thanks in advance,

    Nirnaeth

You would be better off waiting for the new one as your old one will have been cancelled.

Thanks for the speedy reply, I cannot wait much longer as my sign on day is next Tuesday. I will ring them tomorrow and tell them I have not received my card.

If you go into your DSP local office they will issue you with a temporary card that you can use until your new one arrives.

I know it seems pointless seeing as you've found your old one, but that is probably the best thing to do.
