requirements? What do you want it to have?

If you want quiet its a fluid trainer IMHO.

I have a cycleops magneto which has done the job fine apart from my wife being unhappy with being woken early mornings / late at night.

If you are handy with DIY you could build a baffle box to cover the noise from the wheel.

Basically a foam lined cover that would sit behind and slightly over the rear wheel to deaden the sound. Obviously need to be on sound absorbing flooring too. Can buy strips of foam for under wood flooring that would work too.

Elite SuperCrono Inertial ElastoGel Fluid trainer, if you can still get 'em. Super quiet, and gentle on your back tyre (no need for a separate wheel).

Cycleops fluid 2. Picked one up second hand 200 dollars (yes I am not in Ireland). Exceptionally quiet. In addition, it can be used with trainer road as a watt meter.
