Beat The Crap Out Of Cancer was founded in 2010 and this year the fifth event will take place in seven cities around the world. Ireland being one of those cities and we have teamed up with Movember to make this the best event possible. The first event took place in Toronto, but over the years it has grown to having multiple cities around the world holding the same event on the same day. Each location raises funds independently. This is so that the donations made in each city can go towards funding cancer research close to home.

Beat the Crap Out of Cancer is a Mixed Style Martial Arts Tournament organized by martial arts fighters to raise money for cancer research and treatment. The event is open to martial artists of all styles and levels of experience. You will see Real Contact Stick fighting, MMA, kickboxing, BJJ/submission grappling matches at this event.

We will run the event in two halves the first will be bouts the second half will be an open mat.

All fights are negotiated by the fighters themselves, who choose the weapons, or type of fighting, rules and level of intensity of their matches. There are no weight classes, points, trophies, or egos. We also ask that all fighters register with us who wish to take part in these bouts.

We ask that Individuals wishing to participate raise money by having friends and family sponsor them, with 100% of all proceeds going to the Movember charity. Spectators are welcome, though we would ask you to make a small donation on the day or via our movember page.

A full run through of the rules and timetable will be done on the day. But we ask that everyone follow the rules of the gym we are guests and SBG have graciously allowed us to use their gym.

Any sponsors willing to donate prizes for the day are greatly welcome too. For any further questions please feel free to PM me.
