Wondering if anyone can recommend (by PM) a surveyor in the Dublin City area. Looking for someone both competent but also with a quick turnaround if possible.

I would also be interested in any recommendations.

Barry Levins and Property Health Check were both recommended to me but they are not available for at least a week and then report takes an extra few days.
