I have deferred a course in NUIG which required 365 points, the same amount I got in my Leaving Cert. I was also accepted for a place on HEAR. Now I've had more time to think I regret picking this course and would like to do Politics, Philosophy and Economics in Maynooth, which required 380 points last year. If I had applied for this course and was also accepted for HEAR I would have been accepted.

Now that I've deferred is it possible to change courses to another college and get in on reduced points (if needed) with HEAR? Thanks in advance for any help.
