Webinar Service Providers

    Hi all,

    Is anyone able to recommend Webinar service providers that they may have used for their business or organisation. We have been using a service provider (I wont mention them though) for the past few years but the features of the service we feel are outdated and inflexible. It is time to look at other options to encourage more views to our webinars.

    The kind of things we would be looking for from a service provider would include:
    - is software downloading required by host/user
    - is the webinar interactive (polling/Q&A session)
    - Ease of use
    - Customised branding (use our brand as opposed to service providers brand on webinar)
    - Number of attendees need to be 500+
    - Reminders sent to who have registered
    - Monitoring and Evaluation capabilities

    Any guidance/tips that you may have (i.e. what to look out for, what it a necessity etc.) in terms of hiring a webinar service provider would be much appreciated.
