im in the process of writing a business plan and so far have no accountant nominated to look after paye, vat tax etc etc

i need to precisely calculate what my employees will cost me
i am aware that a man taking home €450 a week cost less than a single person taking the same amount. in my understanding tax credits are all different from one situation to another but there has to be a ballpark figure, an equation or percentage how to work these wages out.

can someone suggest me a way or a link on how to get a rough estimate when i input a take home salary being single or married,,,

i am also aware that this is not the best practice for running a company, but in my industry guys know what they need to take home weekly before they agree to do any work
    Thank you

And they also know how manipulate the tax system so it costs you €1,000 to pay them €450.

    In any event http://www.virtualaccountant.ie/Tools/tax2014.jsp

When is the money (including lost growth) Michael Noonan took in the Pension Levy going to be paid back?
