Landlord's Tax Account - PRTB fees & Property Tax deductible?

    Have a really sound landlord (one of the good ones) so am doing his tax returns for him this year for a small few bob. My question is , are what he pays for Property Tax on his rented out properties and any fee he pays to the PRTB (Private Residential Tenacies Board) tax deductible in computing his rental income?
