Just wondering if anybody has transferred ownership to family/spouse to avoid the new (off the road rules that came into effect last year. I have arrears and I have no intention of paying them as the car was genuinely off the road . Did anyone have any issues?

You need to transfer to them and then transfer back, otherwise insurance may be void.

Thanks Atlantic that's what I was thinking myself....transfer and then transfer back again. It's an old car so doesn't really matter I guess in terms of reselling
