    Hi.
I am considering getting some grooving done on slippyish concrete floors.
We have just sucklers and the problem is slippage in calving pens. Obviously the cow slips a bit but also the calves when they start to get up and every time I pass the gate after.

My question is, From your experience is it worth doing, will it fix my problem and are you happy you had it done in the past?

    Thanks.

Worth every penny, got all passages in cubicle shed, slats and calving pens done this time last year.had a heifer calve in passage last year in middle of night ,hard calving, calf dead but without groves cow was a goner as well.struggle and a few hours to coax her up but she did ,a few wobbles down along passage but got her out.paid for itself there and then .heifer predicted to milk 6300 ltrs and currently doing 4.32 p on last recording so easily paid for by saving her.

Got some slats and all yards with corners done about 18 years ago. 2 years later got all yards done and rest of the slats. If it save one animal, its worth it. Definitely worth here
