Monaghan Phoenix AC are organising a free information evening this Thursday night at 8pm in the Squealing Pig, Monaghan, where we will be giving advice and sharing experiences about the Dublin Marathon for those running it for the first time. We will have the experience of over 200 marathon finishes, and many Dublin finishers present. We hope to cover topics such as:
Race weekend preparation

Marathon Expo / Registration

Race morning – what to expect

The Race itself - Route

Post race recovery

All those running the marathon are welcome to attend this free and informative event.
