    Hi,

I'm looking for information on a issue about annual leave falling on a public holiday. I have used 10 days of my annual leave that begins on the week of the 27th. The 27th turns out to be the bank holiday, which I am entitled off in work already. Does that mean I get back one of my annual days that I have used?

    Thanks

shouldn't you have asked for 9 days?

That is my issue, I completely forgot that Monday was a bank holiday and booked off 10 days. Now that I have already booked off am I entitled to have that one day back?
