    Lads quick question for ye,,,,,

do you tile up to the skirtin board or do you tile and then put the skirting board on top

Also when tiling the bathroom do you tile and then fit the toilet and cistern or do you tile around the toilet and cistern

Tile first in both situations because in the future if you need to change the skirting or toilet or cistern you wont have issues with breaking tiles or trying to fit new ware around gaps in tiles
