Hi, I would like any advice on upgrading my bike, I have a steel frame bike for 15 years which is not right size for me & would like to get a carbon frame, I popped into my local bike shop & they are recommending a giant avail advanced 1 or a cannondale synapse 6. Any advice on these or other models would be appreciated, or what else I should take into consideration when making a purchase. I would be cycling 100km on average weekly.

    Thanks
