searching for stoats in co.waterford

Hi All,

Can anyone steer me in the right direction for a good area to find stoat in co Waterford
please...

That's not an easy question that! The only advice I can give is, anywhere with a good rabbit population should have some Stoat about! Also, old stone walls are a good location for Stoats!

Hi Eddie..thanks for the feedback I have been lookn for them for a while in the areas
you mentioned to no avail...elusive little mammals!

was hoping some one on here might have regular sightings

A few years back I saw one in a field chasing rabbits on the Clonea Road on the outskirts of Abbeyside. When I mentioned it to someone else they said that there are a lot of them on Tramore Golf Course.

Generally speaking you don't 'find' stoats, they find you!

will check that site out.

Hi. I know it's 8 months ago. But I just seen a stoat from the window of the Whitfield clinic. It was in a field behind the audi garage.
