Moving Video app files into Photo app

As above. Ive videos in the Videos app which i want to move into Photo app so I can use Replay. No matter what i do I cant get them to show up under Photos. Replay will only look in photos app. Its an Ipad3, files are mp4 mostly. Ive tried putting in iCloud using PC which doesnt seem to have worked, files seem corrupt. Ive…

As above.
