Is an i5 worth 100 euro over an i3?

I'm looking at 2 laptops both the exact same apart from the processor. I could pay 100 euro more for an i5 over an i3. Is it worth it?

That's a very vague question. There many i3s that are much better than i5s you need the full model number to compare them.

Then it depends on what you are going to use it for.

    But on average yes.

Thanks. It's Core i3-4010U vs Intel Core i5-4210U.

The i5 is 37.8% more powerful than the i3 according to PassMark. The value you want to put on that performance boost is up to you. The i3 is a decent processor, it will be grand for web browsing, watching videos, playing music, etc.
