Travelling to USA - API query

    Hey all

I was just wondering if anyone could help me out here. 2 of our travelling party are no longer able to make the trip this week, but when I go to enter our api, there is no way to leave those two people out. Is my best bet to phone aer lingus, or wait til we are checking in?

    Thanks.

According to the Aer Lingus website you can enter the API data up to one hour before your flight so it looks like you'll be able to sort it out in the airport. You could ring them all the same just to be sure but it doesn't look like a show-stopper if it's not done by the time you get to the airport. ESTA on the other hand has to be done no less than 72 hours before the flight so it looks like they're relatively cool about the API Data.

See 'Overview of requirements' here, section 2 is the API info....

ESTA is done already thankfully. I'll call them with regard the api and see what they say.

I'd just rather have everything sorted before I reach the airport.

    Thanks.

If two people aren't traveling, Aer Lingus will be able to split them onto another booking. This should leave the travelling folk able to proceed.
