Triax Saorview Combo Box Problems

I have a Triax combo box and when I watch the Irish channels all the satellite channels disappear. I have to turn off the box and turn it back on to get them back. It happens every time, any ideas why?

happened to me a few times over the summer but seems to have sorted itself out. what I started to do was turn the box off rather than put in stand by at night.

not the best box and way overpriced
