Did anyone watch the segment on Brendan O Connors Saturday Night about plus size models? They were claiming that they are the average woman walking down the street in Ireland today. Well f me if they are the average woman in Ireland today, get me out of here to Australia or France were woman actually care for themselves and exercise.

Dislike this real women talk purely because of it girls who are a few dress sizes bigger find its appropriate to call me a skinny b*tch , get enraged when I order something healthy when out for a meal, pressure me to eat junk etc..

Exactly, it's not healthy but they are real.

These overweight women think that labeling themselves as "real" justifys their unhealthy lifestyle. Which it doesn't.

Can't see how "realness" has anything to do with appearance.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder anyway - there is no agreement on what "looks nice" - it is very individual.

It is true that nowadays many men and women are above the recommended weight/height range;

BUT whether small, medium, or large - there's a huge variation in human beings and they are all REAL.

First off "real women" are not defined by their size. All women are "Real women".

Secondly OP. Rather than accept what Brendan O Connor says are the "Real Women" of Ireland, how about you get out into the Real World and see for yourself.

This thread will only go one way and the only people who are really ever arsed posting in these ones are trolls and and those who feed them so we'll leave it at that.
