Insulation for a recessed wall press

    Hi,
    Our kitchen is in an old house with very thick walls, and has two recessed presses built as part of the brick walls.
    These are the finest during the summer, but when the weather starts getting cold the inside of the presses fill with condensation, as the air in the kitchen is much hotter than the thick walls, and despite regular cleaning the delph, glasses etc get mouldy, causing much annoyance for herself.
    What's best to stop this problem, should I insulate the inside of the presses with that plasterboard with the insulation stuck to the back of it, or is there a better solution ?

    Ventilate the kitchen to avoid the build up of moisture. Locally insulating a press will just move the mould to the next coldest surface or worse it'll just fester behind the new plasterboard
