Question about p45

I have a question regarding p45, I was unemployed since June this year and in october I have got job, my gross earnings till june were 12500. so is it possible to increase the salary in p45 and taxes accordingly (as it will refelect in p60 also) ,also on the CV I said that I am working till August . so can I make changes…
