    This is going on at the moment, there's a good few Irish involved. Non-wetsuit, so I'd imagine interested was jumping with delight before the start. A 30:30 swim from him, and seems to be going nicely on the bike too. Can anyone confirm if he even owns a pair of runners though? Great swimming from Vanessa F to get 31:47.

    Got a text from him mid race briefing and he seemed a little giddy alright :) he's in the open race, non champs race but seems to be a good gang of 3Ders travelled down for the party too.
