I originally went into the back looking for 1,000 euro but they ended up saving I could have 8,000 approved there and then, i was 22 and just got caught up in it all the hole Celtic tiger thing I guess. Hi all, so about 7 years ago I ended up defaulting on a personal loan from a bank. I originally went into the back looking for 1,000 euro but they ended up saving I could have 8,000 approved there and then, i was 22 and just got caught up in it all the hole Celtic tiger thing I guess. Anyway Jan of 09 the company I worked for closed down, I ended up on the dole.

I just want to no where I stand, I want to try contact the bank and arrange a payment play but I'm afraid of them bringing criminal procedures ending up in court.
