Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    hi where I should go for a chef course in limerick ? i want to work in a restaurant's kitchen as a chef but i am female. i know in the kitchen they need men only. is it true? thanks

    That's entirely untrue. Two of the best chefs in this city are females! :D

    I've no idea where there is a course though.

    Failte Ireland in Roxboro do a chef course along with a bartending course and serving course.

    I think the chefing course is 16 weeks long.
