Are Astana in trouble or has this type of thing happened before?

I would hope that method of review would be forensic rather than "desktop" if that makes sense. Words like management and policies review do not fill me with any confidence.
Surely lesson of the last few years is that doping is systematic and team based.

I guess that is all you could say. For me they say cycling is a team sport. I wonder if a suspension for everyone who is part of a team where one was found to be doping would provide a sufficient pressure on all involved to shun a doping culture.

The counter is that it could reinforce the omertà.

We'll see what happens.

Sadly not the only one in pro cycling that remark could be directed at.
