    Hi

I have a sat dish at the rear of my house... The cable from the attic which attachés to the sat dish keeps slipping/moving down which is resulting in my constantly loosing signal and having to get ladder and tighten it up to regain signal....

I have bought and attached new cable connectors but it is still happening.... Can anyone advise what to do???

    Thanks

Is it the F connectors that loosen? have you finger tightened them or got a spanner to them? use cable ties to make sure movement of the cable is minimised

So the cable is parting company with the f-connectors attaching it to the LNB?

The cable must be just hanging there, rather than clipped to the wall & supported at the dish? (Taped on, routed through part of the dish structure.) Get some cable clips, insulating tape, cable ties ...

If the cable is well supported & is managing to get out of the connectors, the connectors must be the wrong size for the cable or, are just poorly fitted
