Velux windows insulation/heat leakage question?

Was getting a quotation to replace a large window in a playroom/sun room (unusual shape), and as part of the quote it was suggested I replace the glass in 2 mid sized Velux windows which were installed 10-11 years ago. The Velux's have never given us an ounce of bother, but the overall room is very poor at retaining heat in winter. (The large window started 'leaking' condensation after about 3 years). We got a fancy radiator (about 1.75 metres high, by 1 metre wide), but that has not made a big difference. The cost for each Velux is EUR220 each. Just wondering if people think that 10 year old Velux windows would 'leak' that much heat? Thanks in advance...
