weekend rates for casual workers

    We operate as a sub contractor for a company and supply staff to them as required. Are my staff entitled to a higher rate for Saturday and Sunday work if company's own staff receive it even though we are sub contractors. T

    From you, yes. From the contractor, no.
    Ideally you should have this reflected in your agreement with the contractor, but if you don't, no obligation on their part, and you must finance it out of your own pocket to be in compliance, avoid fines etc.
