Hi all - I have just got the above trolley, but am having trouble attaching the bag! the strap for the bottom part of the bag doesnt have any clip, its just elasticated. The top strap does have a clip, so Im wondering if the 2 straps must be used together ?

I got mine off the shop floor and didn't get the bottom strap but the bag stays on just fine only using the top strap.

I would have thought that if you did use the bottom strap, have it clipped in one side, wrap around bag and then clip into the other side?

thanks for the quick reply. There areent any clips on the bottom strap, its just a continuous strap all the way around....i thought that maybe the top strap would "loop" through it to provide extra support, but not sure....

Is it this one you have:

I'm pretty sure that the bottom strap is removable - look around the back of the curved plastic bit on the bottom of the caddy to see if the strap can be unclipped.
If you have a motocaddy bag (I don't), the bottom strap is not needed since the base of the bag has a slot that fits into a groove in the caddy. But my bag stays on without any problems.

there might be some extra supports that might help: http://www.motocaddy.com/uk/spares

the one I have is very similar to that, but an older mode Id say....The straps dont look like they do in the picture...looks more like a standard strap that you would see on other trollies....

Perhaps its just the case that they are built for a Motocaddy bag only

One other thing - does anyone find that the handle feels a bit loose all the way from the bottom bag support to the control panel?

    can this be tightened?

The straps are not rigid as they appear in the photo but are loose elastic.

Contact Motocaddy - I had to email them about something and they came back quickly.

I assume you got it 2nd hand from previous post on batterys.

The straps top and bottom of trolley are exactly the same.

handle from top to bottom should not be loose maybe bring it to motocaddy repair agent to have it looked at.
By sounds of it i hope you didint pay much for it

yup got it second hand - didnt pay much at all for it

the straps on top and bottom are definitely not the same though....

Have read elsewhere about the handle being slight loose:
