    Hi pavel123,

Welcome to Boards and thanks for contacting us here.

When you are logged in online to your account, you can view the Direct Debits that have left your account. Please follow these steps:

    • Select ‘Statements’ on the left hand menu and choose an account
    • Click on the 'Advanced' option
    • Select 'Direct Debits/Credits' from the drop down labelled 'Show'

This will display all of the Direct Debits on this account from the selected date range.

If you think there is a Direct Debit that may be missing from the list after selecting the options above, please contact your branch and a representative can look into this for you. Contact details for your branch can be found here.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need help with any other query.

    Thanks,
    Sarah
