    Could anyone tell me what smartphone would have the best camera for around under 400e?

    Lumia 1020.

    The 930 is newer and a better all round option but camera is slightly under the 1020

    Only 329.99 Sim Free from Orange, I think that would be my best shot

    Sony XPeria Z1/2 by a mile. Should be able to get a Z1 (or Z1 compact) for under 400.
