Computer acting funny

I bought the Z87 pro 4 motherboard last November from Hardwareversand. The thing has had nothing but problems when I think about it...a month or 2 ago the ethernet card started acting funny.

When I say packed up , it refused to start. I go into device manager, start it and it always said "failed to start". If I rebooted the system maybe one in 10 times it came on as normal. That got worse until it never started. I thought, these things happen so I got a pci-e ethernet card which is working fine. Then the cmos battery went.

Every time the computer came on it asked to set the time. So I replaced the battery. Once again, no big deal. Can easily be a bad cell. Now, after the computer has been off for a while. It won't boot. It posts, power to the fans come on and but won't go passed the black screen.

If I hold the power button to force power off and power it back up afterwards it comes on as normal. I updated the bios to the latest and greatest. Tried the different ram configs, 1 slot at a time and the like. Anybody had similar issues?

I noticed this while doing some checks earlier. Seems to be a leaking capacitor. Looks like I may be buying a new motherboard....
